The property boasts an 8 x 4-meter private pool with which enjoys all day sunshine.
Perfect for practicing your holiday swimming or simply lounging on your pool floaty (Llama optional :)
The spacious covered terrace overlooks the private pool.
The lower pool terrace area features non-slip tiles and is complete with sunbeds and parasols - the perfect place to get into holiday wind-down mode

The whole property is fully air-conditioned so everyone can stay cool even on the hottest summer days in this villa rental. In the cooler months we have warm air heating, a cosy log burner, rugs & throws to keep you snug.
Enjoy the modern log burner and snuggle on the sofa to enjoy the large screen TV with all your favourite channels for your 'Netflix and Chill' moments - we'll even stock up the fridge with all your most-wanted food & drinks if required
The interior dining area has a large extendable table seating 6 and with warm low-level lighting to make the most of those indoor family feasts

You'll be hard pressed to find a private contemporary holiday home with the same amenities and service, in the area for a better rate. Our rates are for the exclusive use of the whole villa with private pool.
We include end cleaning, laundry costs and all utility charges in the rental rate as standard - so all you need to worry about is deciding - is it going to be a pool day or a beach day? :)
Typically a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining 75% payable 6 weeks before your stay for advance bookings & £300 refundable damages deposit is payable along with your final balance payment
